❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Everything You Need to Know
Answers to the most common questions from Moroccan families about our summer programs, application process, visas, and support.
Programs & Schools
We support families in applying to top-tier Connecticut boarding schools, including Hotchkiss, Choate Rosemary Hall, Taft, and St. Thomas More. We are continuously expanding our network to offer more options for Moroccan families.
Most of our partner programs are designed for students aged 12 to 18. Each school has specific age requirements, and we help you find the best fit for your child.
Programs range from 2 to 5 weeks, depending on the school and course. We help you choose the duration that works best for your family.
Yes. All the programs we support are residential, meaning students live on campus in dormitories, eat meals in the dining hall, and participate in supervised activities.
Application & Enrollment
We guide you through every step:
- Free consultation to understand your child's goals
- Program selection and school matching
- Application preparation (forms, transcripts, recommendations)
- Submission and follow-up with the school
- Enrollment confirmation and next steps
Typically, you will need:
- Student's passport (valid for at least 6 months)
- School transcripts
- Two letters of recommendation
- English proficiency evidence (TOEFL, IELTS, or a graded English paper)
- Completed health and immunization forms
Yes. We conduct a light English assessment—a short spoken interview and a small written test—to ensure your child is ready to fully participate in the program. This helps us recommend the best-fit school and course.
Visa & Travel
It depends on the student's nationality:
- U.S., Canadian, or European passport holders: No visa needed (ESTA may be required for some European countries).
- Moroccan passport holders: A B-2 tourist visa is required for the short-term summer program.
Yes. We provide:
- The official enrollment letter from the school
- Guidance on completing the DS-160 form
- Interview preparation and document checklist
- Support throughout the process
Important: The final visa decision rests with the U.S. Consulate. We prepare you thoroughly, but we cannot guarantee approval.
Yes. This is one of our key services. We chaperone students from Morocco, travel with them on the flight, help them through customs and immigration, and deliver them safely to the school staff in the U.S.
Once your child arrives in the U.S., the school takes over. They provide ground transportation to campus, supervision, meals, housing, and all program activities. We remain your point of contact for any support while your child is at the program.
Payment & Fees
The total cost depends on the school and program you choose. Our all-inclusive package starts at $7,500, covering:
- Program tuition (room, board, classes, activities)
- Application support and enrollment
- Visa documentation and preparation
- Flight coordination and insurance
- Chaperone service from Morocco to U.S. arrival
- 24/7 family support
- Down payment: Required to begin the visa process. This is fully refundable if the visa is not granted.
- Remaining balance: Due by May 1st to secure your child's place in the program.
If the visa is not granted, your down payment is fully refundable (minus any non-recoverable application fees paid to the school). We will guide you through the refund process.
Support & Communication
We provide 24/7 support to families while their child is at the program. You can reach us anytime with questions or concerns, and we coordinate directly with the school if needed.
The programs are designed as an independent experience for students. Parents are welcome to visit the area, but on-campus housing is reserved for students. We can recommend nearby hotels if you wish to be close by.
All partner schools have 24/7 supervision, on-campus health centers, and strict security protocols. Our chaperone service ensures students are supervised from Morocco until they are handed over to school staff.
